Alright, so, here's the deal I'm not procrastinating, I'm just waiting for someone who has been ignoring my requests for review for eight weeks to get back to me. So...what do you do when you are ready to re-submit and someone else it holding you up? Well, you work on other projects so I decided that I would lay out what I need to do and prioritize. It's the project manager in me..go figure!
I have this great house with a HUGE pool and deck and I'm telling you, that 100 people could hang around our pool/deck and it would be comfortable. What I didn't realize when the pressure washing began today that it turned into a huge mess on other parts of the deck in order to get a particular side of the deck all nice and clean. The saying "you gotta break a few eggs to make and omelet" came to mind because I'm telling you, it's freaking me out that I have some *dirty parts* of the deck while I make the other parts really nice.
Then I started thinking, sometimes you just have to make a mess before you can get really clean and I totally understood that patience is sometimes needed. I'm going through a personal situation right now and I have a feeling that things are going to get REALLY messy before they get pretty but sometimes you have to make a mess to see the good stuff.
Therefore, I'm looking for the *good stuff* and if it happens then YAY...if it doesn't, well, I can say I tried!
